Buying fragrance online should be easy and worry-free. That's why we give you the opportunity to actually try your EQUI fragrance at home.
You may open and test your full-size fragrance. If it's not the right scent for you, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Free Exchanges
All customers are eligible for one free exchange per order.
If a fragrance isn't quite right for you, you can exchange it for another EQUI fragrance. We'll cover the shipping for your replacement fragrance.
One free exchange transaction is available per order.
Returns
Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.
A $3.99 processing fee per returned bottle will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returned items from the same order should be sent together using the provided return label.
Yes, You Can Try the Perfume
We want you to experience your fragrance before deciding.
You may open the full-size bottle, spray it, wear it, and see how it works with your skin. If you don't love it, you may still request a return or exchange within the 30-day return period.
Samples
Sample-size fragrances are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your fragrance arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible.
We'll work with you to make it right at no additional cost.
Photos of the item and packaging may be requested so our team can quickly resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable return processing fee.
Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to post the refund to your account.
