We want to get your EQUI Scents fragrances to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

During holidays, promotions, new product launches, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Business days exclude weekends and major U.S. holidays.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout based on your shipping address and the available shipping method.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your label is created.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including apartment, suite, or unit numbers when applicable.

If you notice an error, contact us as quickly as possible. We will do our best to help before the order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

Carrier delays can occasionally happen due to weather, transportation disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your tracking shows an unusual delay, or your package arrives damaged, please contact us and we'll help investigate.

Fragrance Shipping

Fragrance products may be subject to special transportation requirements because of their alcohol content. As a result, certain shipping methods or destinations may not be available.
